NUOVI ARRIVI: ELLINGTON E LINGANZI IN PRESTITO

Finalmente si muove qualcosa in entrata nel mercato di gennaio del North End.

Sono infatti ufficiali gli arrivi in prestito fino alla fine della stagione del bomber Nathan Ellington dal Watford e del francese Amine Linganzi dal Blackburn.

Entrambi i giocatori potrebbero già esordire nel prossimo match che si giocherà sabato contro il Leicester.

Nathan Ellington has joined Preston North End on loan from Watford until the end of the season following a successful trial at the club.

Watford's record transfer scored twice for David Unsworth's reserve team against Shrewsbury Town at Victory Park on Wednesday and will now remain with the Lilywhites until the end of the season.

Ellington has spent much of this campaign and a period last season playing in Greece for FC Xanthi where the striker scored seven times in 19 games. 

The former Bristol Rovers, West Brom, Wigan Athletic and Derby County striker will now be eligible for Saturday's home clash with Leicester City.

Ellington has been handed the number 18 and will be ineligible to play in either of the games against Watford.

Il bomber Ellington, 29 anni, si è detto molto contento di tornare in Inghilterra dopo un periodo passato a giocare in Grecia.

Sicuramente può essere l'attaccante che serviva al North End, ha sempre segnato tanto in ogni squadra in cui ha giocato e potrà certamente dare un aiuto ai Lilywhites per cercare di salvarsi.

Linganzi, invece, è un centrocampista francese di 21 anni, che il Blackburn ha preso dal St. Etienne, e che viene considerato un giovane emergente.

Preston North End have signed Blackburn Rovers midfielder Amine Linganzi on loan until the end of the season.

Linganzi has appeared three times for Rovers this season and is seen as a promising prospect at Ewood Park after putting pen to paper on a three-and-a-half year deal last January.

The 21-year-old Frenchman is the second player that Phil Brown has brought in and will go straight into the squad for North End's home game against Leicester City on Saturday.

Linganzi has been given the squad number six.
